The hotel location was good and absolutely perfect to Avatar mountains. All the staff was pretty friendly and supper friendly, settled my issues. I stayed here before, always fashionable and modern rooms with heating.

Fairly clean, perfect hotel with marvellous location on the hill. A huge variety of options, appetising food. Location near to convenience stores and restaurants, Tienmen mountain and transport, and bus/train station. Again, walking distance to Tianmenshan Cableway. Great service and good value. Everything good. Really amazing experience there😀

The room was cheap and airy, with WiFi and a huge window. The staff was very, very nice, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location was MAGNIFICENT, just off touristic attractions, and main attraction, which is the Tianmen cableway station, about 10 minutes walk.

had a wonderful honeymoon trip in Zhangjiajie! Stayed at a lovely inn, close to the bus station and Tianmen mountain entrance. Clean room, welcoming staff, and helpful tips for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

In my wife's opinion, having a small playground or kids' corner within the hotel premises would have been ideal for our children.

The place was reasonably priced. That was charming little and perfect hotel set in tourist area, just next door to the cable car and bus station, Tiananmen mountain, and the cable car station for Tianmen Mountain. Cheap room with heating, I had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff was accommodating and the owner too.

What a quirky little place! I loved chilling in the shared TV room and library. The free pick-up service was a nice touch, and the rooftop terrace had stunning views. As for the snack bar, it was a vending machine, but hey, at least it was something!

The value for money at Mini Inn was great, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient, with easy access to the bus and train stations, as well as the cable car station. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with information and maps for our visit to Avatar Mountains.

The breakfast option could be better, with a wider variety of choices to cater to different tastes.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location and free airport transportation. The staff, especially Mr. Lee, were extremely helpful and cheery. They gave us great tips, like buying discounted entrance tickets to Tianmen Mountain at the cableway station. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a slightly edgy design. It was close to the bus station and about a 15-minute walk from the cable car. We also appreciated the nearby shops and restaurants, as well as the good wifi.
